Welcome to Sleekmirror ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sleekmirror mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, accessing, or using Sleekmirror, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Sleekmirror is an automated presentation, grooming, and style feedback tool. Users upload photos to receive AI-generated analysis, scores, and actionable feedback.

2. Accounts & Identification

Guest & Device-Based Access: You may access the app as a guest using an automated device identifier. Device IDs are hardware-bound and volatile. If you uninstall the app, clear storage, or change devices without linking an email, your local session and unlinked history may be permanently lost.
Email Registration: Providing a valid email address enables cross-device access, account recovery, and persistent balance tracking. Unverified email accounts may have restricted access to certain features until verified via One-Time Password (OTP).
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and email account used to access the Service.

3. Token Economy, Purchases & Refunds

Sleekmirror operates on a token/credit-based economy to process image analyses ("checks"):

Daily Free Allowance: Users receive three (3) free check tokens every 24-hour cycle. Daily tokens do not roll over, accumulate, or carry cash value.
Top-Ups & Subscriptions: Additional tokens may be acquired via one-time top-up purchases or recurring monthly subscription plans.
Digital Goods & No Refunds: All token purchases, top-ups, and subscription fees are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once credited to your account, except where explicitly required by applicable law or store platform policies.
Token Expiration & Value: Tokens represent a limited, non-transferable license to access AI analysis features within Sleekmirror. Tokens have no monetary or cash equivalent value outside the app and cannot be transferred between accounts.

4. Acceptable Use & User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload to Sleekmirror. However, by uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or have necessary rights and permissions to upload the image.

You will not upload photos containing nudity, sexually explicit material, non-consensual images of third parties, illegal acts, hate speech, or images belonging to minors without proper guardian consent.

We reserve the right to block, terminate, or remove any user account or content that violates these restrictions.

5. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Results

Informational & Entertainment Purpose: Scores, reviews, categories, and suggestions provided by Sleekmirror are generated by automated artificial intelligence models. They are provided strictly for subjective self-improvement and informational purposes.
No Professional Advice: Feedback generated by the Service does not constitute professional styling, medical, legal, or employment advice.
No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI analyses may produce inconsistent or unexpected results depending on lighting, photo quality, and model variance.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, interfaces, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by Sleekmirror and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Account Termination & Deletion

User Termination: You may stop using the Service or request complete deletion of your account at any time. Upon account deletion, your user profile, scan history, and stored images in our cloud storage will be permanently purged.

Service Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SLEEKMIRROR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service following modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
